Meditation is a loop, but a progressive one.
It is a circle we choose to walk—moving along its full circumference in search of meaning. We set out feeling incomplete, searching beyond ourselves, only to return to the very place we began. Yet when we arrive, we are no longer the same.
Outwardly, nothing has changed. We stand again at the same point on the circle. But the journey—taken in curiosity and quiet attention—has transformed the one who walked it.
Meditation brings us back to ourselves. The place is unchanged, yet everything is different, we start looking at things differently.
