Tejas Yog
The Full Story
About Us
Our teacher began experiencing happiness in a simple way of living, almost like an ascetic, in his early childhood. His minimalistic approach encompassed every aspect of life. This inspired him to become a monk and dedicate his life to meditation.
While walking barefoot for almost a decade across India, moving from villages to towns and cities, he came into very close contact with the Indian diversity, culture, art, religions, and religious way of living. Further, his enormous interest in studying traditional and modern philosophical, psychological, and scientific disciplines made him a prolific reader. During his field trip, he spent a good number of hours undertaking dialogue with people of all age groups, ethnicity and gender. His commitment to the spiritual evolution of human reality made him realise the modern man's difficulties with life and their struggle with meditation. This understanding that many modern meditation methods are often not satisfactorily able to bring true relaxation or a deep spiritual experience due to the ever-increasing stress of the modern world led him to this path of uplifting in contemporary settings.
The speed of change and the rapid development of technology demand intense mental activity, which gradually creates a deep imbalance in life. The body, mind, and emotions often seem to be out of sync. A person may be caught in extremely intense mental activity while neglecting their physical health and suppressing their emotions.
This inspired Suvvidhi to seek new approaches to meditation, techniques that would be more effective and provide reliable, lasting results, even for those overwhelmed and unable to relax through passive meditation. He searched for a way to help people who find it very difficult to consciously shift their attention and maintain focus for long periods.
Over the years, he researched and created different methods and practices, creating active meditations that align the body and mind. These practices place significant physical demands, sometimes even to the point of exhaustion, while fully engaging the mind. They draw the mind away from the endless stream of problems and worries and bring it back into the body and the present moment.

Our Mission
Let us be stress-free, balanced, and keep striving for holistic health. Let our spiritual journey assist in restoring a full, happy life, allowing them to rejoice in life and feel its depth and beauty.
Let our understanding and practices open new pathways in our brains, allowing us to directly manifest and experience our true selves.
Our Vision
We believe that when all our systems are balanced and united in the present moment, true spirituality begins. At that point, we can attune ourselves to the whole universe and experience real meditation, the moment of enlightenment.

Our Practices
Reinterpreting the fundamental principles of yoga, Suvvidhi has created different meditation techniques suited to different times of the day and the varying needs of people, since we are all different.
Active Meditations
-
Tejas and Mahaprana: These morning practices are very active and quickly balance body and mind, showing us that it is possible to enter deep meditation even while doing intense physical exercises when the body is highly active. They help us see what we truly are and what we are not.
Practices of Moderate Physical Intensity
-
Chakra, Ananda (bliss), and Lasya(dance): These are practices of moderate physical intensity.
-
Ananda Practice: A practice including cathartic movements and breath-work to release the hyperactivity of the body-mind and help to get free from repressed thoughts and feelings.
-
Shunya Practice: A practice including movements and awareness with sound to rejuvenate the brain and help the mind to get calm in cases of psychological and sleep illnesses.
Passive Meditations
-
Mantra Chanting and Rasa: These are passive meditation techniques.
Some techniques Suvvidhi teaches online, while others can only be practised in the physical presence of the teacher. Each of these techniques, in its own unique way, serves as a pathway toward reducing stress, achieving equilibrium, and unlocking a more vibrant and meaningful life.
