Stage One (10 Minutes):
Close your eyes and walk ten steps forward and then ten steps back for ten minutes, synchronizing each step with your breath—inhale for one step and exhale for the next. Move slowly and with awareness, allowing emotions to arise from within the body without judgment or suppression.
Stage Two (5 Minutes)
This stage deepens inward attention and emotional integration. After completing the walking practice, remain still with your eyes closed. Gently place your thumbs in your ears, cover your eyes with your fingers, and lightly press the eyelids using the middle fingers. Hold this position for five minutes, directing your awareness inward.
