"

I have seen the sun! And I also see that the rays of this sun touch each one of us. But your eyes are closed. You don't see the sun and do not even feel it's heat. When I see people asleep–I want to help them wake and reveal to them what all their life can offer them. But all I can do is point a finger to the sun, guide you in a certain direction. At the end it is upon you to travel, and break this sleep and wake.

Practices

"The brain of the human has become so hyperactive that simply closing eyes and sitting in meditation seems very difficult for him. The mind in action has to completely dissolve and this attention has to brought to the body. This is why active practices are very important for the new-age. The mind is always chattering and you are never aware of your body. These practices ask for your bodily effort and slowly you start becoming attentive of yourself more and more. And at the point of most exhaustion, the mind becomes silent and it becomes easy to enter meditation.

But this is just the first step. But these are only temporary support. Slowly as you progress and start becoming more steady and silent within, you will naturally start shedding these practices. This is only how you judge real progress." - Suvvidhi
